Do you accept PayPal for payment? If not, what are my payment options?

Sadly, we do not accept PayPal for payments.  PayPal has banned the purchase of replica products in its terms of service.  We accept Western Union, Money Gram, Wechat Wallet Transfer, Ria Money Transfer and Sigue Money Transfer.

Can I get pictures of my replica before you send it? How does this work?

Yes; we can provide you pre-shipment pictures of your replica.  We guarantee the pictures you receive are the replica you will receive from us.

We send pictures via email, wechat, whatsapp or a message to your smart phone.  The choice is yours to make.  We will not send pictures until payment is received.  We must concentrate on the paid customer first.

What companies do you use for shipping? Can I choose who to use?

We prefer an EMS service or epacket, depending on the security.  We have DHL as an option, but you as the customer are responsible for extra shipping costs.  DHL is not covered under our Delivery Guarantee.  If you choose DHL for shipping, you assume all risks associated with your purchase.

How long does will it take before I get my replica?

What declared value do you put on my shipment?

As a general rule, we mark all packages at $30.00 U.S. Any higher, and the Chinese customs officials will seize the package.

I have a concern about customs. Should I buy shipping insurance as a safety measure?

We pride ourselves on the fact we do not charge our customers shipping insurance.  If your package is seized or damaged in customs, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

I have more than one coupon. Can I combine coupons and discounts?

No; one coupon per order.  You may not combine a coupon with any other discounts we offer.
